What We Do

What happens when you hire ClickKinetics as a consultant?

• Initial Investigation: First we review your website (if you have one) and the products or services you offer. Then we try to get a handle on what your target audience would be searching for in order to locate those products and services. From that information, we look at your website from your target audience’s point of view. Did we find what we were looking for? Did we find it on your site?
• Free Consultation: Once we have had some time to review your website, we will meet for a consultation to discuss your needs. Once we determine your objectives, we’ll determine what steps we believe will help you achieve those goals.
• Preliminary Report: After deciding to hire ClickKinetics, we will prepare a report outlining our observations and the steps we will take to help you achieve your goals. For those available, we will also record statistics of your current performance to compare later.
• Discuss goals: We will meet with you to discuss your goals compared to the preliminary report we’ve prepared and make adjustments accordingly. Goals we agree upon will me S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely)
• Set budget: From the goals agreed upon, we will determine both the cost for services and a budget (if any) for internet advertising. The budget can be revised at anytime and should be something you are very comfortable with.
• Implementation: Once the goals and budget have been agreed upon, we will being implementation of the changes and activities as outlined. Successful implementation will, of coarse, require access to your web content or preferably, the personnel responsible for it.
• Tracking/optimization: Following implementation, we will monitor and the statistics affected (e.g. clicks, purchases, new leads) and make changes accordingly.
• Final Report or Continued Management: Depending on your needs and the results of our efforts, we will provide a final report documenting how the work we performed affected your website/business. If desired, we will then turn all of our data over to you or continue to manage your account on terms agreed to during the meeting to discuss this final report.

Terms of Service: Because ClickKinetics and all persons associated with ClickKinetics are working with the benefit of our community in mind, we agree to work in an ethical manner and expect the same of our clients. If at any time our clients are dissatisfied with the services of ClickKinetics or the persons associated with ClickKinetics, we will agree to immediately terminate said services with and return any fees paid at a percentage of the time spent servicing the account. Likewise, if ClickKinetics or any persons associated with ClickKinetics determines or feels we are either unable to perform services, not meeting the agreement of services or feel there is a conflict of interests with a client; the client will be notified as soon as possible to determine the best course of action. After all, this is the community we live in and we should all treat each other as good neighbors and friends.
